Merchant Suite

Our Merchant Suite is a great choice for any exclusive event. The Suite has its own bar area, perfect for a reception before going on to the main event. The suite even boasts its own balcony terrace for an al fresco vibe. The size of the suite means it can easily accommodate staging and sets for your entertainment and decor. The Suite offers the flexibility of being reduced into smaller sections for those events that don't require the full space.

Oliviers

Watch as our signature restaurant Olivier's is transformed into a beautiful wedding breakfast or reception. The convenient layout of this space creates a natural dance floor in the middle of the room, with space for up to 120 guests. Olivier's has floor to ceiling windows with views of St George's Hall, a beautiful backdrop for your wedding celebration.

Our Lever and Hornby Suites are both mirror images of one another and both make a great choice for smaller dinners and parties. For an informal reception with buffet style food or a private dinner, these rooms offer the flexibility to host a variation of numbers for your celebrations.
