I'd like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Monika and to Jo who ensured the evening went off smoothly. Jo and her team could not have done anymore for us. Their service was timely, efficient and everything I asked for I received. The delegates commented that the food was so much better than their previous experience and wanted to feed that back. Thank you for a very positive experience and successful evening.

The hotel was well located, rooms were comfortable and all of the staff that we worked with were professional, friendly and helpful. Rhian's communication leading up to the event was very good, accommodating and clear. Rhian was also available to help on the day and addressed a small issue with had with reception's understanding of what was included in the room bookings.  

We brought a group of Para athletes to the hotel for a 3 day competition at the Wales National pool. All were away from home for the first time with just coaching staff and chaperones. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Rhian in the planning was outstanding, the lady who oversaw breakfast most of the days was also exceptional. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
